Ok, so my sandwich doesn't look as pretty as the Closet Cookers but I would like to think they still taste the same. I put the blue cheese on the husbands sandwich and he informed me that it was a little much. Note to self: use blue cheese sparingly. I put ranch on mine because I am not a blue cheese fan and I loved it. I could have probably put a little more hot sauce so that it could have been juicer but overall I would say that this experience was a success.
