Happy Thought #51

This whole weekend I have been in my jammies.  Except for when I went to church.  But as soon as I walked in the door I would go straight to my pajama pants because they are oh so comfortable. Plus I dress up everyday for work.  I dont want to be all dressed up at home.  Unless I had a pinterest closet that magically appeared then I would for sure be wearing those clothes.

How do you relax?

I was so happy when Friday came when I could leave work and have a three day weekend.  Work has been busy and stressful in a sense. 

 Thinking about getting a pedicure makes me happy it has been too long. Unfortunately I will have to wait a little longer because we have birthdays coming up.

The hubs and I write love messages to each other. Not as often as I would like because we get tired or busy doing other things but it is still nice to remember each other.

Whenever my hubs and I get around a bed I always try to push him onto the bed.

Sometimes it works and I get him and then sometimes he over powers me with his strength.  But never the less I still try and get him down.  It is a fun brawl before he eventually wins.

This has brought me great joy since I have started working.  I am now able to have a meal ready for when I get home and dont have to worry about what I am going to feed kids.  Which is soooooooo awesome because you know as soon as we get home they are asking, "What do we get to eat?"

I found the Brave Girls Club through a friend who went through some of the Brave Girl classes and I was intrigued.  They provide such a positive message that whenever I need strength I tend to go to their site (besides on my knees) to read their message and get strength through others.  So grateful for people using their talents and abilities to uplift another.

My happy thought today is medicine.  You never really know the difference of being on or off medication until it happens.   Sometimes you think you can make it until that next appointment but the reality is sometimes you just cant.  I have been off a medication for the past three days and for lack of better word my life has been HELL.  My poor family has had to suffer as well.  Not something I am proud of.  But today I was exhausting all my options to try and get this prescription filled.  Finally I just went into the doctors office and broke down.  Luckily they helped me and I was able to get help.  Note to self: listen to body and dont go without medicine if need be.

I know it sounds bad but this kind of made me laugh.

Being a working mom has been kind of crazy trying to run errands and make sure everything is taken care of.  I enjoy being busy and being useful but it also makes me appreciate the time I spent at home doing nothing. lol

I have come to love trying Ben and Jerry's flavors of ice cream.  I love to just go stand in the freezer aisle to see what new flavors and what names there are.  They have some yummy ones and some I would never touch.  I just wish they weren't so expensive
