Weigh In Week 3


Yay!! I am down to the 160's.  It is a joyous occasion.  I have upped my reps of my exercise which is 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 situps, 20  mountain climbers, 30 second plank, and 7 burpees.  I now do this twice every night.  By the end I am sweaty and out of breath but I am so glad I follow through every night.  I take a break one night a week.  Just to give my muscles a break but I still move and try to keep active.  150's here I come
